Welcome to Alchemy Art Therapy
A creative approach to positive mental health in Brisbane.
Art Therapy
Are you or someone you know struggling at the moment? Are you worried about your child or young person and are unsure how to help? We understand that it can be hard to navigate the world of therapy and to know where to turn. Especially if you can't find the words to express feelings. At Alchemy Art Therapy in Brisbane, we offer a gentle, creative alternative to traditional talk therapy. If your child or young person feels anxious, overwhelmed, or struggles to talk about their feelings, art therapy can provide a safe and gentle way for them to express what is going on inside.
Our trauma-informed and art therapy approach supports clients who feel anxious, withdrawn, or unsure how to express themselves. By focusing on the creative process, we help to build trust, develop self-awareness, and begin their journey toward healing and emotional resilience.
Not Sure If Art Therapy is right for you?
I offer a free short no obligation phone call to talk through your concerns and see if art therapy might work for you or your child.
Neurodiversity affirming practice
Celebrating uniqueness. At Alchemy we welcome those who are neurodivergent, including those with ADHD, Autism and learning differences. Get in touch to discuss sensory adjustments we can make to make your visit more comfortable.
Art therapy is perfect for those who think and express themselves differently. The creative thinkers, the sensory seekers and those who communicate non-verbally.
Anxiety
Coming to therapy can feel overwhelming when you experience Anxiety. Get in touch to let us know how we can make your first visit easier.
